RAY LUKE
CTC Lead Pastor
Pastor Ray and Tawni Luke's family attended Cross Timbers Church for twenty-two years before he was appointed Lead Pastor, first serving as a Deacon, an Elder, and then the Executive Pastor.
Having grown up in Muenster, Texas, Pastor Ray went on to graduate from the United States Naval Academy, later serving as a helicopter pilot and retiring as a Commander from the Naval Reserve. Before beginning his ministerial training, Pastor Ray spent twenty-seven years in the defense industry. He holds a MBA from the University of North Texas and a Master of Theological Studies from Regent University. Currently, he is studying in the Regent Doctor of Ministry Program.
Pastor Ray is passionate about Biblical, scholarly study and bringing theological discussion into practical application for every Believer’s life and understanding, so that "Living the Kingdom on Earth" can truly become the culture in the local community and world beyond.
He and his wife, Tawni, married in 1983 and they have three children, two daughters-in-law, and one grandchild. Tawni is a Valley View High School alumna. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Texas Woman's University, in addition to completing Moody Bible Institute's one year Advanced Studies Program with a focus in Missions. She is a two-time cancer survivor and an avid 5K runner.
The Lukes have a life-long love and commitment to being involved in the local community, and for being co-partners with Christ in seeing His Kingdom advance and change lives through service, discipleship, intercession, and fellowship. Together, they believe in "Living the Kingdom on Earth" and letting Jesus work through them to impact the atmosphere with his Love and Glory.

JOSHUA REESE
Worship Pastor & Youth Ministry Director
Pastor Joshua is an Ordained Minister through the Independent Assemblies, a Graduate of Texas Bible Institute, and a 5th generation Spirit-filled minister with a rich heritage of revival and flowing in the gifts of the Spirit.
Over the last 19 years, Pastor Joshua has helped plant seven churches in three different states while serving in various capacities, including Lead Pastor, Associate Pastor, Worship Pastor, Founding Board Member, Prophetic Oversight, and Youth Pastor.
He has also worked in an evangelistic capacity of preaching and leading worship at numerous concerts, outreach events, youth rallies, worship nights, and music festivals for over 15 years. Pastor Joshua has been happily married to his beautiful wife, Aaryn, since 2011 and enjoys physical fitness, sports, the outdoors, and going to concerts.
Joshua describes himself and Aaryn as being “both worshippers who long and pursue for God’s Presence - with hearts to go beyond the four walls of the church to reach the lost in our community, so that they can encounter Jesus in a supernatural way.”
AARYN REESE
Children's Ministry Director
& Youth Activity Coordinator
Aaryn has been leading and working with children for 17 years. She has a passion to see children thrive and grow into the person that God has uniquely made them to be. Currently, she has been the Director of the CTC Children’s Ministry "Kingdom Kids" since October 2019. Aaryn has worked and volunteered in children’s ministries in the local church since 2010. She also became the preschool teacher at North Lakes in 2016.
Aaryn comes from a strong family heritage of Pentecostal and Spirit-filled Believers - going back three generations.
In 2011, Aaryn married her husband, Joshua, whom she serves alongside for coordinating "Young Saints" Youth Group activities and ministry. Together, they have built a rich life pursuing the Lord and advancing the Kingdom of Heaven. They enjoy being outdoors, athletics, taking care of their fur-farm, and game nights.


PEYTON LUKE
Media Director
Peyton is a summa cum laude graduate of Oral Roberts University, where she studied Convergence Journalism/Broadcast with a strong focus on media's influence in ministerial & evangelistic world impact. During her time at ORU, she was elected Student Body President, serving as the communication bridge and representative between multiple internal and external groups. Following time as a Fox News Associate in New York City, she became the Administrative Liaison to ORU's President, Dr. William M. Wilson, where she functioned in various capacities with Chapel services, campus events, and presidential representation, while also assisting in coordinating international ministry and media. Peyton is passionate about authentic ministry, outreach, leadership, and Kingdom-culture converging with excellence in creative and effective communication. Even while reaching a wide and diverse audience, her intention is to always focus first on discipling, encouraging, and impacting each individual heart in a relatable and relevant way with the Word and Love of God.
Peyton is honored to be serving at her hometown church where she grew up. She enjoys outdoor adventures, aerobic activities, transparent discussions, playing violin - and is forever a major fan of musical theater and movie nights.
